Formação de leitores literários através da mediação do atendente bibliotecário: clube de leitura na biblioteca escolar

Abstract

The present work aims to discuss and analyze the formation of literary readers, as well as to present a reading club project through the mediation of the librarian at the school. Thinking about reflecting on the role of the school library and promoting and mediating reading, this project proposes a reading club to be managed by the library attendant. The reading club will cover the works: The Skilled Detective (Henry, 1945), The Portinari Boy (RITER, 2015) and The Baskerville Hound (Doyle, 2003), thus aiming to attract the attention of 8th and 9th grade students elementary school through reading works in the detective novel genre, which involve mysteries and detectives. Furthermore, at the end of this work, I leave educational material available with the aim of helping teachers, attendants and employees to promote reading clubs in the school space. This research is based on bibliographic studies on reading mediation, literary reading, reading circles and school libraries. The development of this research is based on my experience as a librarian assistant and its main theoretical references are the studies by CHINDLER (2012), ROCA (2012), TAVARES (1973), PETIT (2008) and COSSON (2021), my main reference and creator of the reading club model from which I was inspired to develop the proposal Reading Club The Literary Detectives.
