Relatório de estágio curricular supervisionado em medicina veterinária

Abstract

This report aims to describe the activities developed and monitored during the Supervised Curricular Internship in Veterinary Medicine. This was done in two locations: one part in the inspection area of ​​animal products and the other in the food microbiology sector. In the area of ​​inspection along with the Federal Inspection Service (SIF), the slaughter of pigs can be monitored by carrying out the activities of Ante-Mortem Inspection, Post-Mortem and verification of Self-Control Programs. As a training camp, SIF 2146 was chosen, located next to the Refrigeration Industry ALIBEM, located in the city of Santa Rosa - RS, under the supervision of the Veterinary Medicine Angela de Faria Maraschin. In relation to the area of ​​food microbiology, it was decided to perform the other part of the internship at the State Foundation of Production and Research - FEPPS, at the Institute of Biological Research, Central Laboratory of the State IPB-LACEN, located in the city of Porto Alegre - LOL. The stage was followed by microbiological analyzes of food and water under the supervision of Biologist Simone Haas. In both cases a total of five hundred and fifty hours was accomplished from January 18 to May 20, 2016.
