| Resumo: | Visando adquirir conhecimentos na utilização da metodologia BIM em diferentes disciplinas que constituem o processo de planejamento de uma residência unifamiliar, este estudo buscou a compatibilização dos projetos arquitetônico, estrutural e hidrossanitário utilizando os softwares AutoCAD, Revit e Navisworks. Para tanto, foram adquiridas as plantas em formato DWG fornecidas pela empresa responsável que executou a obra. O próximo passo foi baixar, instalar e preparar os softwares q necessários para o estudo. Também fez-se necessário adquirir conhecimentos referentes ao software Navisworks para posteriormente fazer as compatibilizações. Em seguida foram modelados em 3D no software Revit a planta arquitetônica, hidrossanitária e estrutural, para então realizar a compatibilização destes projetos no software Navisworks com a ferramenta clash detection, onde foram gerados três relatórios: Arquitetônico x Estrutural, Arquitetônico x Hidrossanitário e Hidrossanitário x Estrutural. Com as incompatibilidades encontradas, foram sugeridas soluções. Por fim, foram apresentados pontos positivos e negativos da utilização da metodologia BIM encontrados durante o estudo. |
| Resumen : | Aiming to acquire knowledge in the use of the BIM methodology in different disciplines that constitute the planning process for the elaboration of a single-family residence, this study sought to make the architectural, structural and sanitary projects compatible using AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks software. For this purpose, the plans in DWG format provided by the responsible company that carried out the work were acquired. The next step was to download, install and prepare the software that would be needed for the study. It was also necessary to acquire knowledge regarding the Navisworks software for later making the compatibilizations. Then, the architectural, hydro-sanitary and structural plans were modeled in 3D in Revit software. Then, the compatibility of these projects was carried out in the Navisworks software with the clash detection tool, where three reports were generated: Architectural x Structural, Architectural x Hydrosanitary and Architectural x Structural. With the incompatibilities found, suggestions for solutions were made. Finally, positive and negative points of the use of the BIM methodology found during the study were presented. |
