Compatibilização de projetos com base na metodologia BIM

Abstract

Aiming to acquire knowledge in the use of the BIM methodology in different disciplines that constitute the planning process for the elaboration of a single-family residence, this study sought to make the architectural, structural and sanitary projects compatible using AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks software. For this purpose, the plans in DWG format provided by the responsible company that carried out the work were acquired. The next step was to download, install and prepare the software that would be needed for the study. It was also necessary to acquire knowledge regarding the Navisworks software for later making the compatibilizations. Then, the architectural, hydro-sanitary and structural plans were modeled in 3D in Revit software. Then, the compatibility of these projects was carried out in the Navisworks software with the clash detection tool, where three reports were generated: Architectural x Structural, Architectural x Hydrosanitary and Architectural x Structural. With the incompatibilities found, suggestions for solutions were made. Finally, positive and negative points of the use of the BIM methodology found during the study were presented.
