| Título: | Plano de Educação Permanente em Saúde: estratégias para sua efetivação na 10ª Coordenadoria Regional de Saúde do Rio Grande do Sul |

| Resumo: | A pesquisa tem como objetivo geral identificar a percepção dos servidores da 10ª Coordenadoria Regional de Saúde (CRS), lotados no Núcleo Regional das Ações em Saúde (NURAS), sobre a efetivação do Plano Regional de Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS), atualmente sob responsabilidade do Núcleo Regional de Saúde Coletiva (NURESC). No referencial teórico são abordados os seguintes tópicos: o aprendizado no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), a 3ª Região de Saúde, a atuação da 10ª CRS, a EPS como ferramenta de trabalho, o Plano Regional de EPS e o apoio da gestão para fortalecimento da equipe de servidores. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, exploratório e descritivo, em que para a coleta de dados, realizou-se entrevistas semiestruturadas com os profissionais de nível superior de diferentes formações, responsáveis pelas políticas de saúde que compõem o NURAS, a saber: atenção básica, saúde do homem, materno-infantil, do adolescente, do idoso, da população negra, LGBT (lésbicas, gays, bissexuais e travestis e transexuais), do campo, águas e florestas, do escolar, da pessoa com deficiência, prisional, bucal, alimentação e nutrição, indígena, e mental. Os resultados apontam que existem dúvidas quanto ao método e significado da EPS para os profissionais entrevistados, assim como, há insegurança quanto ao papel de cada servidor na implementação do Plano de EPS da coordenadoria. Para se efetivar o proposto no plano de EPS da 10ª CRS foi detectado que é necessário fomentar o trabalho interdisciplinar, a partir da formação de um Grupo de Trabalho (GT), fortalecer a equipe multiprofissional do NURAS articulada ao NURESC, assim como buscar o apoio por parte da chefia, para respaldo nas ações a serem desenvolvidas em prol da efetivação do Plano Regional de EPS. |
| Abstract: | The objective of the research is to identify the perception of the servers of the 10th Regional Health Coordination, which are filled in the Regional Nucleus of Health Actions, about the implementation of the Regional Plan of Permanent Education in Health, currently under responsibility of the Regional Nucleus of Collective Health. In the theoretical framework, the following topics are addressed: The learning in the Unified Health System, the 3rd Health Region, the work of the 10th Regional Health Coordination, the Permanent Education in Health as a work tool, the Regional Permanent Education in Health Plan and management support to strengthen the server team. The study has a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive aspect, with the technique of collecting data from semi-structured interviews with the professionals of higher education of different formations, responsible for the health policies that make up the Regional Nucleus of Health Actions, namely: basic care, human health, LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transvestites and transsexuals people), the countryside, water and forests, the school, the handicapped, the prison, the oral health, the food and nutrition, the indigenous population, and mental. The results shows that there are doubts as to the method and meaning of EPS to the professionals interviewed, and there is still uncertainty about what the role of each server in the implementation of the plan of EPS of coordination. To implement the proposal in the Regional Plan of Permanent Education in Health it was found that is necessary to foster interdisciplinary work, through the formation of a Working Group, to strengthen the Regional Nucleus of Health Actions multidisciplinary team articulated to the NURESC, as well as to seek the support of the management, in order to support the actions to be carried out in support of the implementation of the Regional Plan of Permanent Education in Health. |
