A afetividade no Ensino de Línguas Adicionais: uma revisão sistemática de literatura

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate what is being said about affectivity in the teaching of Additional Languages in higher education. The general objective is to provide an updated synthesis of knowledge and identify gaps in the theme. To this end, a Systematic Literature Review was carried out, with searches in the Capes Theses and Dissertations Catalog and in Scielo. Forty-seven papers were found, 13 of which were considered after the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and 5 after reading the abstracts. The interpretation of the results shows that there is an absence of publications of these works focused on higher education, concentrating mostly on primary and secondary education. We verified a scarcity of in-depth studies on the subject, since no theses were found in the results analyzed. Of the studies considered before the manual exclusion, only 12 dissertations were found, with no theses. The conclusions obtained through this research aim to contribute to the understanding of affectivity studies in language teaching and to collaborate with the development of future studies focused on the gaps found.
