Abstract

With the creation of Law 10.267 / 01, better known as the georeferencing law, from the moment it came into force, it defined new parameters for certification of rural properties, often ceasing to be merely descriptive, having the obligation to communicate accurately. the location of the property, INCRA is responsible for analyzing and certifying the properties within the specifications set by the same. After the entry into force of the grace period in 2003, 18 years have passed since the mandatory georeferencing in rural properties, this work aims to analyze the data made available by the online platform I3Geo for the preparation and preparation of a cadastral map of the georeferenced rural properties in municipality of Itaqui-RS and their respective spatial analyzes. Since the municipality has a large part of its territorial extension made up of the rural area, providing a wide variety of information, in addition to the study provided by the processing of the values contained in the attribute tables for a possible verification of the values achieved in order to statistically analyze the current condition. georeferenced areas in the municipality of Itaqui.
