A cooperação em Defesa na CPLP: o papel do Brasil

Abstract

The present work aims to analyze the role of Brazil developed in the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (CPLP), especially in the field of security and defense. As the problem of, the question is linked to these surveys conceived as elements that motivate member states to be disseminated, especially Brazil. The hypothesis raised preliminarily suggests that the promoting element resides in the development of the organization through the cooperation between its international members for its own profile Development by the parties (C). It is assumed that the CPLP operates a structure of strengthening and joint solutions for regional problems, which is developed for the preservation of the region and which is developed for the preservation of the region, against the legitimization of the construction of collective views over the South Atlantic, in addition to the general view of being a reflection, to some extent, of a set of initiatives of political interest in the creation of new instances of cooperation that are added as main regions of geopolitical interest in Brazil. In research as methodological aspects, the research used the quantitative-qualitative protocol, characterized as an explanatory character, with procedures of bibliographic and documentary reference procedures in considering the study of the CPLP results from several aspects. According to the LBDN (2012), international action in terms of defending multilateral governance structures, international action for the Brazilian governance structure, global representations for global peace and security. Therefore, “[...] the country must strive to build a cooperative multipolarity, seeking the diversification [sic] of partnerships and strengthening ties with the countries of the South, not famous for its relationship with the countries of the South North ” (LIMA et al, 2017, p. 72).
