Aceitação, adequação e satisfação a sistemas de informação: uma abordagem sobre a percepção dos alunos de uma universidade federal sobre o sistema de controle acadêmico GURI

Abstract

From the effort to achieve the objectives set, this research tried to identify which variables have more influence on the users of the educational information system GURI, taking into account the factors acceptance, adequacy, satisfaction and resistance to the use of an Information System (SI). And for that, it was possible to draw a profile of this user, based on the related theory and these themes, and also on the collected data. In this sense, in order to understand how these factors are developing in relation to these users, the research was carried out with the target audience of the students of the Federal University of Pampa - UNIPAMPA, who make up the three main entities that most use the system, together with teachers and administrative technicians. This research has also committed itself to offering subsidies to senior management, as well as to its body of analysts, with the perspective of bringing knowledge about how a portion of the users of the system are using and perceiving the GURI system. From the analysis of the results obtained, it was identified that the users of the GURI system are generally satisfied with the system, taking into account that the system is adjusted with respect to the technology employed and the tasks to be performed. that is intended. It is also noticed that and in most cases, users agree that the system is an instrument of work and study that acts as a facilitator in their routine, showing few signs of resistance from users towards the system.
