O discurso motivacional sobre o uso das drogas e a família: analisando a Política Nacional Sobre Drogas (PNAD)

Abstract

This work aims to analyze the National Policy on Drugs (NPD) regarding what seeks to clarify which is the real meaning about the drug prevention issue and its relation with family support. Still, if within the law, the family has an important role or if this role é secondary. The first goal is to analyze the (NPD) from its speech about the possible motivation of the user/individual and his/her impact in family and society. The second goal is to understand the law evaluating how the State plays the role of the family inside the (NPD) and the third, the last goal, is to analyze the (NPD) if it‟s a document worth for society. The used methodology is documentary analysis from the (NPD) documents, by collecting data that will be analyzed from the problematic established in this study and will answer the hypothesis of the problem. To support this work theoretical reflections were used as socio-cultural-historical genesis of the use of drugs, defining the focus of Prevention Policy, concept of family and historical genesis of the family were performed. Finally, we bring the analysis of data from the (NPD) and the final considerations.
