Levantamento de manifestações patológicas de edificações do patrimônio cultural do município de Alegrete-RS

Abstract

With the historical heritage preservation, to make cultural identity of a nation. By this way, the present work have for objective realize an evaluation of the building facade of the cultural heritage. Beyond that, inspect the environment, identify the main pathological manifestations, check the main features, to analyze the position of the facades and check the influence of localization. This study is justified, with intention to verify the main existing pathologies in facade of historical work, beyond of the necessity for information of conservation of these constructions. For the development of this work, were addressed relevant theoretical frameworks to the subject, photographic surveys and, also it was used a methodology of evaluation of facade and diagnosis of pathologies, and were selected six (6) buildings. This methodology was divided into: data collect, data processing and diagnosis. Later it was created a graphical representation of pathologies, through the damage identification sheets and damage incidence maps. After identification and evaluation of the pathological manifestations was made a presentation and analysis of results. It was concluded that most of pathologies found it is from the operating time without conservation work or made incorrectly and, also due to the actions of external factors, leading to the natural degradation of the building.
