Análise comparativa das mudanças nas estratégias das metas 2 e 3 do PNE pelo PEE do Rio Grande do Sul e PME de Uruguaiana

Abstract

The National Education Plan that began to be in force in 2014, extending until 2024, brought changes both at the state and municipal levels. It was created so that its goals are achieved aiming at the improvement of Basic Education. The present work, through a documentary and bibliographical research, presents an analysis of the changes in the strategies of goals 2 and 3 of this Plan, in relation to the State Plan of Education of Rio Grande do Sul and the Municipal Plan of Education of Uruguaiana, as well as the Social, economic, and educational conditions that will need to be addressed so that throughout the decade PNE achieves the objectives and fulfills the goals that have been proposed.
