A construção do conhecimento educacional através do Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem (AVA)

Abstract

With the globalized world, it became essential to carry out a study related to issues involving the construction of educational knowledge through the virtual learning environment (AVA), with the general objective of analyzing the virtual learning environments, their factors and the collaboration for school learning. The choice of this theme arose from the need to understand and know the importance of building knowledge using virtual tools in view of the evolution of technologies and studies. The work is presented through a research methodology with a qualitative approach, developed in an exploratory and bibliographical way. The results obtained led to a reflection on the importance of VLEs in the teaching and learning process in EaD and the advantages and disadvantages of their use, noting the existence of flaws that need to be corrected so that the concrete contribution of these environments is made effective in the learning of students. The final considerations point to the need for changes in the online service that motivates and encourages the student to access it, aware that the use of these environments will continue as a reinforcement for in person classes and thus, there must be a commitment from both parts: the educator and the student.
