Interconexões entre Educação do Campo e agricultura familiar camponesa

Abstract

This work presents an analysis on the Field Education related to the AFC and the Public Policies. The present work of conclusion of course presented for the conclusion of the Course of Education of the Field - Degree has as main motivation a greater understanding of the relations of the people of the Field with the Education of the Field, Public Policies and the Social movements. So that the operation and the context of a Field School with or without the participation of the Peasant Family Agriculture (AFC) can be understood, and we can finish with the ideas that have always been passed to us that the Field is a place of setbacks both growth and development prospects in both production and education and social issues. Based on this research, it was also proposed to reflect on the need for a more careful look at the education of those who live and work in the Field, and to improve the management of Field Education as a way to ensure full life, citizenship and access to know those people who live there. For the accomplishment of the present work a case study was carried out, with questionnaire and open questions made with teachers and management of the Rural School of Primary Education Sucessão do Moraes. The positive points pointed out in this research were: the cordial and affectionate relationship between students and teachers; the active communication of School Management and the parents of the students; the diversity of food served to students coming from the AFC; food always available to students. Negative points: school transportation; deficit roads; distance traveled by students to school; distancing from the AFC families of the School. This work should contribute to the students of the Field Education in the understanding of how the Field Schools in the municipality of Dom Pedrito - RS, and how Field Education faces great challenges not only in didactic-pedagogical issues, but Public Policies (transport).
