Abstract

This report is the systematization of the results of the intervention project named "school environment management for teaching quality at work and reduced absenteeism" applied in an elementary school of municipal de ensino de Bagé/RS. The choice for the theme is justified by the fact that in the year 2014, numerous complaints about the lack of teachers to work have come to the City Department of education, where the supervisor function performance of school management. This fact led to the realization of the project during the master in Education with the theme approach absenteeism connected to the desktop. This report is presented in two parts, where the first is the theoretical contribution on the subject. In the second part is the methodology divided about intervention, describing the procedures and instruments for the realization of the project; What about the assessment, describing the actions, analysis and result. It is considered that the intervention project presented positive effects mainly because it had a motivating function so that the school could reflect on some aspects and do a retake in points that needed greater attention.
