Desenvolvimento histórico da teoria da relatividade especial sob a ótica da criatividade distribuída

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct the historical development of the Theory of Special Relativity from the theoretical perspective of distributed creativity. The methodological procedures involved studying the historical development of the Theory of Special Relativity, seeking to establish a network of relationships, sharing, and scientific co-creation among the researchers involved, within their production contexts. The reference for this analysis was based on the thematic categories of sociality, materiality, and temporality extracted from the Theory of Distributed Creativity. This theory views creativity as a social and cultural phenomenon rather than just an individual attribute, emphasizing the importance of social, material, and temporal contexts in the creative process. By constructing a network of relationships, it was observed that Poincaré, Lorentz, and Einstein, in that order, established the greatest number of connections with others in the network for the development of this theory. The main result of this study is the production of a text on the historical development of the Theory of Special Relativity from the perspective of distributed creativity, seeking justification through inferences from theoretical categories and historical facts. Furthermore, this work presents the development of teaching material based on this sociocultural and historical analysis of the development of the Special Theory of Relativity.
