Violência intrafamiliar e justiça restaurativa: interfaces necessárias

Abstract

This article aims to address the issue of restorative justice as an intervention strategy in situations of intrafamily violence, considering the benefit of possible restorative behaviors. It should be added that the study proposes to elucidate some concepts, as well as to understand contemporary family configurations, the phenomenon of intrafamily violence, and infer about restorative justice, essentially, as a possibility of intervention in scenarios of systemic vehemence. Another very important aspect to illustrate is the bibliographical path, which will run through different theories, so that a greater understanding and apprehension of the theme is possible. In this linearity, it is worth noting that the theoretical contribution presents literature that explains the current scenario of affective family relationships, elucidates the panorama of intrafamily violations, as well as possible interventions in the context in question, with a main focus on the restorative justice approach. In this way, it is worth highlighting that the progress of this work will make it possible to deepen theoretical knowledge, as well as to produce reflections that help in the scientific evolution of the topic addressed. It emphasizes the importance of enabling improvements in relational aspects, especially the systemic ones, as well as considering the interventions of the repair technique in the challenged scope.
