Gestão das práticas docentes para a formação humana integral : o patrimônio cultural no seminário integrado do ensino politécnico - perspectivas em uma escola de Pelotas/RS.

Abstract

This critical and reflective report narrates actions, reflections and results of an Intervention Project occurred through the proposal of Professional Master in Education. It aimed to rethink and offer alternatives to teaching practices and High School curriculum with a view to integral human formation. For this, we have used pedagogical interventions that used as a resource cultural heritage. This project was developed in the curricular component of Integrated Seminar of Polytechnic High School. The subjects of the study were High School students and their teachers of Integrated Seminar. The methodological proposal used had two defined moments, the “intervention” method , that is, the teaching method and the “evaluation method of intervention”, which is the research method itself. The results of this intervention type study indicate that this methodology can contributes to improving quality of learning, exercising another curricular organization whose principle is the knowledge brought by the young students of High School, helping to underpin identities, providing exercise citizenship in the perspective of a problematization, intercultural and dialogical education and, therefore, in the way of an integral human formation, cooperating in structuring of Integrated Seminars at the Polytechnic High School.
