II Seminário Corpos, gêneros, sexualidades e relações étnico-racionais na educação

Abstract

The Second Seminar on Bodies, Genres, Sexualities and Ethnic-Racial Relations in Education was designed in the direction of providing a space-time so that education professionals and academics could discuss, share and build knowledge on related issues to bodies, genders, sexualities and ethnic-racial relations in the current context. Thus, this event seeks to problematize discourses and practices in operation in the various social instances - family, school, university, media, health systems, among others - understanding them as involved in the production of identities and subjectivities in the manufacture of certain types of subject according to socially and culturally established codes, rules and conventions. In its second edition, the Seminar Corpos, Genres, Sexualities and Ethnic-Racial Relations in Education brought together researchers from different fields of knowledge who have been dedicated to the study of the themes of bodies, genders, sexualities and ethnic-racial relations in the contemporaneity. The book presents the texts of the lectures produced at the round tables: "body, gender and sexuality in the context of school and university: diversity and inclusion", "education of ethnic-racial relations" and "body, gender, sexuality in the context of school and university: diversity and homophobia ", as well as the texts of the reports / works that were presented in the oral modality. For the organization, we present initially the texts produced for the lectures, followed by the texts presented in the oral communications. The drawings illustrating the book were produced by students of the final years of elementary education at the José Francisco Pereira da Silva Municipal School of Elementary Education and the Cabo Luiz Quevedo Municipal Elementary School in Uruguaiana / RS.
